At our Darlinghurst and Chatswood spots, we do things a bit differently. We’re passionate about sharing unique Japanese flavour culture through traditional sandwiches and bowls.
The star of the show is our shokupan—a pillowy, ultra-soft Japanese milk bread that holds everything from golden katsu, premium wagyu and bone marrow and creamy tamago egg salad, completely distinct from standard café fare.
